Workshop Overview:

Basic cooking knowledge and skills are an important necessity for us. Through the Culinary Workshop, we aim to offer an unforgettable experience where participants will be engaging themselves in the art of cooking and food preparation. This will be done through hands-on practice and guidance from experts themselves. The workshop will cover essential techniques and skills –from knife skills to plating and presentation skills. Participants will get an opportunity to elevate their knowledge and creativity when it comes to food preparation. The Culinary Workshop is meant for individuals looking to initiate a step into their culinary journey.

  • Knife Skills – chopping, dicing & slicing 
  • Learning about Flavouring & Seasonings 
  • Different Cooking Methods & Techniques – frying, grilling, sauteing etc.
