Workshop Overview:
In the 21st century, travel is used for work or luxury. It is held at a different standard now, but people still hunger for change and immersion into different cultures. Everyone has a little bit of wanderlust inside them. The execution of your travel tales in form of writing, stories stands out in the creative writing field. The genre of travel literature encompasses outdoor literature, guide books, nature writing, and travel memoirs. This workshop will accelerate your travel writing career, especially if you don’t have a writing background. Many people become travel writers after spending years in a different profession.
This workshop, therefore, provides an opportunity to introduce participants about travel writing and its importance. Travel writing is important because it humanizes remote areas. It doesn’t claim to distinguish objectivity, unlike conventional journalism, and it doesn’t adopt the twenty-four-hour news cycle’s panic-driven war/disaster tropes.
