Workshop Overview:
An agile mindset is about creating and responding to change in uncertain and turbulent environments. It’s about thinking through how you can understand what’s going on in the environment, identify what uncertainty you’re facing and figure out how to adapt as you go along. In stressful project situations and in tough work times, we can lose sight of what we were trying to achieve by being agile.
In this workshop, we get back to the roots. What can an agile mindset look like and how can it be encouraged and practiced? Instead of focusing on rituals and artefacts, or even the values or principles, we concentrate on three aspects that are critical to being agile in any context (not just in software): Value, Feedback and Individual Responsibility.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Skills You’ll Learn:
